After accepting Kairoz’s offer, you can talk to Zidormi to quickly travel to your faction’s major capital city.
While in Stormwind or Orgrimmar, you can learn and instantly boost any profession to skill level 375 and you can enchant your equipped items for free. In these cities, Hunters will also find Beastmasters that can grant them a variety of pets.
